Your account

You must give accurate business information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you invite.

Free trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. To keep using the service after the trial, choose a plan and add a payment method.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Skye phone calls and text messages are billed per use on top of your plan. Taxes may apply.

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue refunds for partial months.

Texting and calling your customers

You confirm that you have permission to contact the people you add or who book with you, and that your use of reminders, waitlist texts, and review requests follows applicable laws, including the TCPA and carrier rules.

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. We honor opt-outs automatically and you may not re-add someone who has opted out without new consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, harass anyone, impersonate others, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that put our customers, carriers, or platform at risk.

Your data

You own your business and customer data. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI receptionist

Skye uses AI to answer calls and texts on your behalf. It can make mistakes. Review its bookings and messages in your dashboard and do not rely on it for emergencies or professional advice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running 24/7 but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the dashboard or by email before it takes effect.
